2.Customs duty and Taxes
MEGOOD BEAUTY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Customer assume all responsibilities of fees during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc).

④ SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

⑤ SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a higher the normal order volume, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

⑥ REFUND POLICY

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately in the case of defects, damages or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Return Period
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping
In the event of damage to the product or other defects due to our failure, we will bear the postage. We won't be able to accept any exchanges or returns because of the customer's personal preference.

*Except in the case of faulty or damaged items, refunds do not include any return shipping or shipping charges. Your return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund if you receive any.

4. Refund Procedures
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@megood-beauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
