Returns & Exchanges
1. After placing an order
Please note that we cannot accept any changes or cancellations by the customer after the order has been placed, except in cases where the product is defective.

2. Return period
If the merchandise is inspected upon arrival and found to be defective, damaged or incomplete, please contact us via Contact Us with a picture of the merchandise within 10 days of receipt. Please note that if you do not contact us within 10 days of receipt of the goods, we may not be able to accept your return request. Finally, note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, such as differences in color and monitor image, or for products that have been used once.

Please note that although we take measures such as using thicker than usual cardboard for shipping, there is a possibility that the cardboard or the outer carton of the product may be crushed due to international shipping. If there is no major damage to the product packaging or liquid leakage, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Return shipping costs
In the event of damage to the product or other defects due to our company's inadequacy, we will bear the shipping costs. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
